- To the extent that you use the Platform as an end-user only, such as by purchasing and/or using Creator AI Agents published on the Platform, the User Privacy Policy applies.
- The collection, use, disclosure, and/or processing of any personal data in connection with you developing, publishing, and/or allowing any end-users (“Users”) to access, purchase, and/or interact with any Creator AI Agents is governed by the DPA.
- Profile Information. We may collect personal data that you provide when you set up an account, including your username, email address, and password. You may be able to add other personal data to your profile, such as a bio or a profile photo.
- Certified Creator Information. If you choose to apply to become a Certified Creator on the Platform, we may collect your real name, a brief introduction about yourself, in addition to your Profile Information, via our “Agent Basic Information Collection” form.
- Creator Content. When you interact with our Platform, we may collect personal data you post, send, receive, and share through our Platform when creating any Creator AI Agent, including if contained in any application-related commands.
- Purchase information. When you make a purchase or payment on or through the Platform, including when you buy MuleRun tokens, or when you receive any payment through the Platform, we may collect personal data relating to the purchase or payment transaction, such as payment account information, billing address, and the services or items you purchased.
- Information When You Contact Us. When you contact us, we may collect the personal data you send us, such as proof of identity or age, feedback or inquiries about your use of the Platform or information about possible violations of our Terms of Service (our “Terms”), or other policies.
- Technical Information. We may collect certain device and network connection information when you access the Platform. This information may include your device model, operating system, IP address, and system language. We may also collect service-related, diagnostic, and performance information, including crash reports and performance logs.

- Log-in, Sign-up, or Linked Services. If you choose to sign-up or log-in to the Platform using a third-party service (such as Google), we may collect information from the service, such as your email, account ID, avatar url, and/or access token. The personal data we collect may depend on the privacy settings you have set with the third-party service. We suggest that you check the privacy and data policies and practices of the third-party service to learn how they handle personal data.
- Payment and Transaction Fulfillment Providers. We may receive information about you from payment and transaction fulfillment providers, such as payment confirmation details, and information about MuleRun tokens that you have purchased.
- Identity verification. If you choose to apply to become a Certified Creator, we may obtain information about you from identity verification providers to activate your Creator credentials on the Platform, including your name, location, and identity authentication identifier.
- Provide and administer the Platform, such as enabling you to develop AI Agent, to use different tools, and provide user support.
- Provide our purchase features and facilitate the purchase of MuleRun tokens, including sharing your information with payment fulfillment providers, in order to process your orders and allow you to receive payments.
