This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to the personal data that Intelligent Cloud Computing (Singapore) Private Limited (“Mulerun”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) processes in connection with your use of the Mulerun websites, software, and related services (the “Platform”), including the use of any AI agents made available by the Creators on our Platform (“Creator AI Agents”). By registering as a User on the Platform, you agree and consent to us collecting, using, disclosing, and/or sharing your personal data, and disclosing your personal data to our authorised service providers and relevant third parties in the manner and for any of the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Platform. This Privacy Policy supplements but does not supersede nor replace any other consents you may have previously provided to us in respect of your personal data, and any consents you may have provided in connection with this Privacy Policy are cumulative and additional to any rights which we may have under applicable law to handle or process your personal data.   • To the extent that you use the Platform as a Creator, the Creator Privacy Policy applies to you .
  • The collection, use, disclosure, and/or processing of personal data in connection with your use of any Creator AI Agents may be subject to the relevant Creator’s terms and conditions and/or privacy policy.

What Personal Data We Collect We generally collect your personal data in three ways as outlined in the sections below: Personal Data You Provide, Automatically Collected Personal Data, Personal Data From Other Sources. Personal Data You Provide
  • Profile Information. We may collect personal data that you provide when you set up an account, including your username, email address, and password. You may be able to add other personal data to your profile, such as a bio or a profile photo.
  • Purchase information. When you make a purchase or payment on or through the Platform, we may collect personal data relating to the purchase or payment transaction, such as payment account information, billing address, and the services or items you purchased.
  • Information When You Contact Us. When you contact us, we may collect the personal data you send us, such as proof of identity or age, feedback or inquiries about your use of the Platform or information about possible violations of our Terms of Service (our “​Terms​”), or other policies.

We may also collect service-related, diagnostic, and performance information, including crash reports and performance logs.
  • Usage Information. We may collect information about how you engage with the Platform and/or any Creator AI Agent, including information about the duration and frequency of your use, and your settings.

For example, we may use cookies to remember your language preferences, and for security purposes. We may also use these technologies for marketing purposes. Information From Other Sources
  • Log-in, Sign-up, or Linked Services. If you choose to sign-up or log-in to the Platform using a third-party service (such as Google), we may collect information from the service, such as your email, account ID, avatar url, and/or access token. The personal data we collect may depend on the privacy settings you have set with the third-party service. We suggest that you check the privacy and data policies and practices of the third-party service to learn how they handle personal data.
  • Payment and Transaction Fulfillment Providers. We may receive information about you from payment and transaction fulfillment providers, such as payment confirmation details, and information about the Creator AI Agents that you have purchased.
If you provide us with any personal data relating to a third party (e.g. your spouse, children, parents, and/or friends), by submitting such personal data to us, you represent to us that you have obtained the consent of such third party to you providing us with their personal data, and for the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data for all purposes set out herein and by or for the benefit of the persons referenced herein. You should ensure that all personal data submitted to us is complete, accurate, true and correct. Failure on your part to do so may result in our inability to provide you with any products and/or services you have requested. How We Use Your Personal Data We generally collect, use, and disclose your personal data to operate, provide, develop, and improve the Platform and for the following purposes:
  • Provide and administer the Platform.
  • Provide our purchase features, including sharing your information with payment fulfillment providers, in order to process your orders.
  • Enforce our Terms, and other policies that apply to you.
  • Notify you about changes to the services and communicate with you.
  • To send you marketing communications, where you have signed up to receive them
  • Maintain and enhance the safety, security, and stability of the Platform by identifying and addressing technical or security issues or problems (such as technical bugs, spam accounts, and detecting abuse, fraud, and illegal activity).
  • Review, improve, and develop the Platform, including by monitoring interactions and usage across your devices, analyzing how people are using it, and by improving our technology.
  • Comply with our legal obligations, or as necessary to perform tasks in the public interest, or to protect the vital interests of our users and other people.
In addition, where permitted under applicable law, we may also collect, use and disclose your personal data for the following purposes:
  • responding to, processing and handling your queries, requests, feedback and suggestions, or otherwise providing customer support;
  • verifying your identity;
  • managing our administrative and business operations and complying with internal policies and procedures;
  • facilitating our business asset transactions (which may extend to any mergers, acquisitions or asset sales);
  • making media announcements and providing responses to media queries;
  • in connection with any claims, actions or proceedings (including but not limited to drafting and reviewing documents, transaction documentation, obtaining legal advice, and facilitating dispute resolution), and/or protecting and enforcing our contractual and legal rights and obligations;
  • managing and preparing reports on incidents and accidents; and/or

In addition to the matters set forth above, subject to and in accordance with applicable law, you shall be deemed to have consented to us collecting, using, disclosing and sharing amongst ourselves your personal data, and disclosing such personal data to our authorised service providers and relevant third parties:

How We Share Your Personal Data We may share your personal data with the recipients or in the scenarios listed below, for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. a. Service Providers and Third Party Platforms We may engage service providers that help us provide, support, and develop the Platform and understand how it is used. We may share your personal data with these service providers as necessary to enable them to provide their services. The service providers we currently engage include:

  • Analytics service providers that assist us in providing, supporting, or developing our Platform and/or other products or services, as well as improving and optimising the same

We may share your personal data with third party platforms and partners whose platform or services are integrated with the Platform. For security and privacy reasons, we request that you abstain from disclosing personal information, including passwords, credit card numbers, or other sensitive or confidential data during chat interactions with Creator AI Agents. Depending on where you are located and the features of the Platform which you access or use, your personal data may be transferred out of and processed outside of the jurisdiction in which you are located.
