Update the dashboard with the latest status and outcomes of processed tasks. Use this skill to maintain an accurate record of completed actions and system status.

## When to Use This Skill

Use this skill when:
- A task has been completed and needs to be logged
- The dashboard needs to be updated with new information
- Processed files need to be recorded in the system
- Status updates need to be reflected in the dashboard

## How to Use This Skill

1. Collect information about completed tasks
2. Format the information according to dashboard standards
3. Update the Dashboard.md file with new entries
4. Ensure all relevant metrics are updated

## Files and Directories

- `<vault>/Dashboard.md` - Main dashboard file that tracks completed actions
- `<vault>/metrics.json` - Optional JSON file for quantitative metrics

## Dashboard Update Process

The script will:
1. Read the existing dashboard content
2. Append new entries in a structured format
3. Update relevant statistics and metrics
4. Preserve existing dashboard information

## Available Commands

- `update_dashboard_with_entry(entry_text)` - Add a new entry to the dashboard
- `update_processing_outcome(filename, status, reason)` - Log the outcome of file processing
