# Counsel Skill

## Overview
`Counsel` is an autonomous risk and compliance auditor for the Personal AI Infrastructure. It analyzes documents, codebases, and URLs to identify legal risks, privacy leaks, and contractual pitfalls.

## Strategic Purpose
To protect the user's sovereign interests by providing high-speed risk assessment during revenue generation and external integration.

## Tools
- `audit <target>`: Analyzes a file, directory, or text for risk indicators (liabilities, privacy leaks, predatory terms).
- `shield`: 1000x Evolution. Continuous autonomous audit of business event streams with proactive clause remediation.
- `tos <url>`: Scans a URL for Terms of Service traps.
- `comply <project_path>`: Audits a project for license compliance.
