If no topic specified, do a general sweep:
1. Check for Claude Code updates or new features
2. Check if any recent work revealed knowledge gaps worth filling
3. Look for unresolved patterns across recent sessions

## Process
1. Research the topic (web search, docs, codebase)
2. Act on findings (update rules, create skills/hooks, fix configs)
3. Iterate until no more changes needed
4. Update relevant context files
