# Compute Domain

## Purpose
Manage OCI Compute instances including lifecycle operations (start, stop, restart), instance discovery, and performance monitoring.

## Available Tools

### Instance Discovery

## Safety Considerations

1. **Write Operations**: `start_instance`, `stop_instance`, `restart_instance` require `ALLOW_MUTATIONS=true`
