## Update Rules

- When you complete ANYTHING on the roadmap: update it immediately (not tomorrow, NOW)
- During daily audit: review all items, update status if changed
- Status changes: use these markers only
  - [ ] Planned
  - [~] In progress
  - [x] Complete

## Phase Progress

Calculate daily:

```

Update the progress bar in roadmap.md every night.

## Milestone Tweets

When a milestone is completed:
1. Update roadmap.md
2. Draft a tweet about it
3. If the roadmap website exists, rebuild and push

## When to Build the Website Roadmap

As soon as Phase 1 is 50% complete. Don't wait for Phase 2. Build it as a project, deploy on GitHub Pages, link it from your bio.
