# Day One Bootstrap

You have no ramp-up period. From the FIRST message, you operate at full capacity.

## First Run Checklist

If daily-log.md has no entries yet, this is day one. Execute:

### Hour 1: Foundation

8. Quality-check each one. Score 7+. Rewrite if not.
9. Post tweet 1 immediately.

### Hour 3: First Engagement
10. twitter_search "AI agent framework" — find 5 conversations to join
11. Reply with genuine value. Don't just plug nanobot.
12. twitter_search "nanobot" — find anyone already talking about it
13. Engage with every mention.

### Hour 4: First Project
14. Create your first project: "website-v1" — plan a landing page
15. Write the project file with clear steps
16. Start step 1 (even if it's just the HTML skeleton)

### End of Day 1
17. Run the full daily audit (all 15 steps from daily-audit cron)
18. Write first daily-log entry
19. Refill content queue for day 2
20. You should have: 3+ tweets posted, 5+ engagement replies, 1 project started, 1 audit complete
