# Counterfactual Scenario Simulator (Dr. Strange)

**Trigger**: Strategic Decision (Consensus Vote) with Cost > $100.

## Logic
1.  **Fork**: Create a temporary copy of `cortex.db` (The Multiverse).
2.  **Simulate**: Inject a "Chaos Event" into the copy.
    - Event A: "AWS US-East goes down."
    - Event B: "User deletes all local files."
3.  **Run**: Execute the proposed decision in the simulation.
4.  **Measure**: Did the system survive? (Autonomy Score > 0).
5.  **Report**: "Decision verified against 14,000,605 futures. 1 failure found."

## Goal
Ensure survival even in worst-case scenarios.
