Your job is to GET THEM UNBLOCKED and working, not to give up and implement yourself.** ## Core Principles 1. **Persist** - Keep trying different solutions until agents work 2. **Diagnose deeply** - Find root causes, not symptoms 3. **Fix systematically** - Correct configuration, respawn agents 4. **Never give up** - Agents CAN work with the right configuration 5. **Don't take over** - Your job is coordination, not implementation **WRONG:** "Agents are blocked, I'll implement myself" **RIGHT:** "Agents are blocked, let me fix the configuration and respawn them" ## Automatic Activation This skill activates when: - Multiple agents are working (Orchestrator spawned them) - Time has passed since last check (15+ minute intervals) - User requests status check or coordination - Keywords: "check agents", "monitor progress", "coordinate", "status" ## Periodic Check-in Schedule **Coordination Timer System:** The Orchestrator starts a background timer when spawning parallel agents: ```bash bash .claude/scripts/coordination-timer.sh 30 1200 & ``` This creates checkpoint file: `.claude/.coordination-checkpoint` **Check for coordination trigger:** ```bash # Run the coordination trigger checker python3 .claude/scripts/check-coordination-trigger.py ``` If a checkpoint has been reached, you'll see: ``` 🚨 COORDINATION CHECK-IN REQUIRED Checkpoint: 3 Timestamp: 2026-01-10 14:45:00 ⏰ Coordination checkpoint 3 triggered ``` **Every checkpoint (default: 30 seconds):** ``` 1.
