## Validation Rules

**Spec ↔ Plan**:
- Every user story in spec has plan section
- Every acceptance criterion has test plan
- Plan domain model includes all spec concepts

**Plan ↔ Tasks**:
- Every plan component has tasks
- Tasks reference plan sections
- Domain model elements mapped to tasks

**Tasks ↔ Implementation**:
- Every task has corresponding code
- Implementation follows domain model design
- No unplanned code exists

**Spec ↔ Tests**:
- Every acceptance criterion has test
- Test names reference scenarios
- Coverage maps to spec requirements

## Actions

- Validate after each task completion
- Flag violations (blocker vs warning)
- Update coherence status in state
- Block commits if blocker violations
